Very interested, but cant see anything about your payment plans on the website. Can you point me to some info? Id like to know how much Intralase LASIK will cost (two eyes) and what monthly repayments would look like. Thanks, JackWed, 10 Mar 2010 13:51:00 GMT
I am thinking of getting laser eye treatment, and i was wondering what is the right procedure for my eyes. I am a -5.50 in my right and -6.00 in my left and have a astigmatism in my left eye. Also i would like to use my tesco clubcard vouchers, is that still possible?Wed, 10 Mar 2010 13:05:00 GMT

PUPIL DIAMETER. I have a pupil diameter of about 8 mm. What are my options in regards to LASIK? Sever imparement during nigth vision can happen with large pupils after LASIK. What Optimax advice in these cases? MYOPIA. 4 dioptres. Do your standard LASIK at 4 dioptries is still 395 pound per eye? Or do you charge on top of that? Thanks.Tue, 09 Mar 2010 09:58:00 GMT
Hi, I am considering lasik surgery and I see that I will not be able to drive for 7 - 14 days. As a community nurse driving is imperitive to my job! Do you offer sick certificates or is it a case of booking annual leave? Thanks for your help Mon, 08 Mar 2010 19:50:00 GMT
As you have many consultants, how do I choose one? Could I get statistics of the number of operations performed using Wavefront and IntraLase. And also the complication rate. Could I also talk to the consultants prior to deciding?Mon, 08 Mar 2010 19:47:00 GMT
When i was younger i had 2 correctional surgeries to correct a lazy eye on my left eye. Unfortunately the surgeries did not provide me with perfect sight. My question to you is am I a potential candidate for Laser eye treatment? Can you do anything to better my vision in my left eye? It is not as lazy as before but |I have been told that i am right eye dominant but that is because of the left eye....I have been told that laser surgery COULD effect the vision in my good eye (right). Please adviseMon, 08 Mar 2010 19:44:00 GMT
About 30 years ago I had radial keratotemy on both eyes to correct my shortsightedness (the Russian razor blade techique). One eye was successful but the other was not as the lens did not heal to form a true spherical segment. I manage quite well with reading glasses but it would be better if I could get the distorted lens corrected for distance. Can you take off the `lumps and bumps as required to produce a spherical lens?Mon, 08 Mar 2010 19:37:00 GMT
Hi, I have been told by a friend that if I have my short sightedness fixed through laser surgery, I will have to undergo the procedure again every 10 years or so to keep the results (similar to breast enhancements requiring regular replacement). Is this true, and how often does it need to be done in order to maintain good vision? I am 36. Thanks.Mon, 08 Mar 2010 19:32:00 GMT
I recently had a consultation with Optical Express and I was recommended Wavefront Lasik using the Visx laser technology. They have advised me, with appropriate graphics to illustrate the point, that treatment by Optical Express has a better track record with night vision performance than Optimax or Ultralase. A friend of mine who has had the Lasik treatment with Optimax confirms that (although delighted with the results) since the surgery he does find it uncomfortable driving at night.Mon, 08 Mar 2010 17:52:00 GMT
i have a £500 off voucher, but would also be interested in paying the balance using tesco clubcard vouchers, would i be able to use them and get the discount.Mon, 08 Mar 2010 17:39:00 GMT
I have just been diagnosed with IOP if 26mmHg. My cornea is quite thick and so the IOP exists as the tester need greater presure, I suppose. Would this preclude me from laser eye surgery, do you think?Mon, 08 Mar 2010 17:36:00 GMT
I had laser correction at the Manchester Clinic, my eyesight has deteriorated to the point I have to wear classes all the time, where do I stand in relation to your lifetime care policy in having this redone to correct my vision again please. I wear glasses all the time except for reading when I have to take them off. Thanks JulieMon, 08 Mar 2010 17:07:00 GMT
